New York-based Supreme is days away from opening a location in San Francisco, marking its fourth U.S. location. The confirmation comes from @dropsbyjay, who provided an opening date of October 24, 2019, along with news of a city-specific box-logo t-shirt and fall ’19 restocks. Rumors around the Bay Area location first arose in March of last year.
On Twitter, @dropsbyjay wrote, “Supreme San Francisco is set to open it’s doors this Thursday October 24th. As expected, a celebratory box logo tee will release, as well as multiple other FW19 Restocks. Huge week. More details with official images of the store and box logo tee to come.
The official opening date was preceded by the appearance of a two-page ad in the San Francisco Chronicle showing a color image of a skateboarder, Pablo Ramirez, a member of Supreme’s San Francisco GX1000 crew, who passed away in April 2019. The side of the ad includes the Supreme logo and the location of the new store: 1015 Market Street. Former pro skater Reese Forbes has been tapped to manage the location.
Supreme requires that its customers visiting its U.S. stores on launch day register in advance, and registration is now closed. Alas, if you missed out on opening day registration that means you will be left out of the SF box logo t-shirt, but there’s sure to be plenty of additional items available in store in the days to follow.
Store address: 1015 Market Street, San Francisco
Store hours: Monday-Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Sunday: 12:00 -6:00 PM
