New York-based designer Sandy Liang over the past few winter seasons has established herself as a designer adept at bringing just the right amount of edge to Sherpa fleece through use of unexpected color combinations and details.
For winter 2019, the label has partnered with with Los Angeles-based boutique LCD on an exclusive fleece jacket. Called the “Izzy” fleece, the cream Sherpa top featuring fluorescent green and pink details, is a tribute to LCD owner Geraldine Chung‘s 12-year-old pooch, who’s very much a fixture in the boutique’s Los Angeles store.
In celebration of the effort, LCD will be offering a dog-aura portrait session on September 23, 2019 from 2:00-5:00 PM PST. The shop will also offer at 15 percent discount on the “Izzy” fleece.
