Los Angeles-based Honey B Gold accessory label as lead by Natalia Durazo, has teamed up with Brooklyn Bruja and mental health advocate Emilia Ortiz on a capsule collection of nameplates, earrings and charms highlighting healing and connection.

Providing the inspiration for the effort on Instagram, Ortiz wrote, “A collection of jewelry that was designed by me, & has been in the making for some time now. I wanted to honor the many different forms that healers, spiritual, & energetically sensitive people come in. While also incorporating elements from nature that are protective, & sentimental. As my way of sharing some of that with anyone who wears a piece.

“The goal of these pieces are to empower the person who wears them. Whether by outright wearing what you identify with on a nameplate close to your heart. The design of which is inspired by my personal nameplate. Or a lil more on the low by wearing a protective amulet close to your heart, maybe even with the hoops calling on the moon & stars.”

Look for Honey B Gold and Ortiz’s capsule to launch on honeybgold on December 2, 2019.

Dropping December 2nd! My collab with @honeybgold is finally here! A collection of jewelry that was designed by me, & has been in the making for some time now. I wanted to honor the many different forms that healers, spiritual, & energetically sensitive people come in. While also incorporating elements from nature that are protective, & sentimental. As my way of sharing some of that with anyone who wears a piece. The goal of these pieces are to empower the person who wears them. Whether by outright wearing what you identify with on a nameplate close to your heart. The design of which is inspired by my personal nameplate. Or a lil more on the low by wearing a protective amulet close to your heart, maybe even with the hoops calling on the moon & stars. When @nataliagold asked me about doing a collab I was so excited. It took me back to when I made my first requests for how I wanted my nameplate, or what kind of hoops I wanted for my nameplate earrings. I’ve always been one to wear big hoops, soon as I could sneak em on when I left the house. Now getting to design some that are intentional, with my homegirl made it even better. She has been nothing but supportive since we met many moons ago. Can’t wait for y’all to see what magic we made while I was in LA! You’ll be able to get them at honeybgold.com

For fall winter 2025 KNWLS opted to forego a runwa For fall winter 2025 KNWLS opted to forego a runway show and present their collection in a styled lookbook.

Taking inspiration from a feminine Y2K aesthetic, the collection embodies designers Charlotte Knowles and Alexandre Arsenault’s ability to balance sexy and cool.

In an interview with Vogue, the pair shared that they are currently working on a new design director role in Europe and have several other projects in the pipeline, including another denim project, a collaboration with a jewelry brand, and a menswear capsule for an e-commerce site.

Commenting on the lookbook styling, they shared, "Obviously in the lookbooks it's styled in a quite extreme way, but if you break it down into individual pieces, we've been thinking about merchandising and the customer more than ever before," said Arsenault. "We've seen the team in the studio wearing the pieces differently too, and we've taken that into account. It's a nice challenge to say: 'Okay, we want to make a sweatshirt, but it still has this silhouette or wash or rib detail that makes it feel really Knwls."

Atlanta-based Pluto and YK Niece released Whim Wha Atlanta-based Pluto and YK Niece released Whim Whamiee single a few weeks ago, and the track is now trending on TikTok as the "Lululemon Song".

Rapper JT shared that she's hooked on the song, especially the "Lulu" verse.

To witness an athletic apparel brand being name-dropped in hip-hop by emerging women rappers highlights how much women love their fitness/athleisure wear but also the fact that there is a flex that comes with wearing Lululemon in certain circles.

Male rappers Jbeezy.Lfg and Lil Scoom89
respectively dropped singles titled Lululemon last year referencing women wearing the brand.

Whim Whamiee by is now streaming on all DSPs.
