Another month of quarantine is behind us and all I can say is thank god for new music keeping our spirits from falling through the basement! Last month Megan thee Stallion was perched in the No. 1 posiiton on our list with “Captain Hook” and she retains her positioning in April with a Beyoncé remix of “Savage” that breathed new life into the song. Among the hardest working in the business, Megan lands a second mention on the list courtesy of a feature on Wiz Khalifa’s “Y U MAD.”
In addition to Megan and Beyoncé, Snobette Sounds additional top singles by or featuring women in April 2020 include BIA, Njomza, Summer Walker, Jhené Aiko, Kelly Rowland, Kali Uchis, Salma Slims, Victoria Monét, Mulatto, Ari Lennox, Tink, Kehlani, Charli XCX, Asian Doll, Missy Elliott, Raja Kumari, Kelow Latesha, Leaf, UMI and JoJo.
