Have a first look at Nike and Off White‘s upcoming Dunk collaboration, which is now rumored to include 50 different colorways. Based on preview images of two colors provided by @zsneakerheadz, each sneaker in the series will be numbered: 1/50, 2/50 etc. on the heel’s outsole.
Preview images of pair No. 30 reveal a sail and grey Dunk featuring fluorescent green laces along with color No. 50, an all-black pair contrasted with a silver Swoosh and baby blue laces.
As with prior Nike and Off-White Dunk releases the classic shoe features designer Virgil Abloh‘s signature double-lacing system, a design detail inspired by outdoor hiking footwear.
If you recall, @py_rates_ leaked news of what he thought was a 20-color Dunk launch along with moc ups of the shoes. In the comments of his Ig post, Virgil Abloh took some issue with the color choices. Underneath the post, Abloh wrote, “I couldn’t pick this many bad colorways if I tried.”
While @py_rates has stated Nike and Off-White’s Dunk series will launch sometime in fall 2021, the brands have yet to provide official timing.
