Off-White, whose intellectual property was recently purchased by Bluestar Alliance, honors the connection between its late founder Virgil Abloh and Bstroy founders Brick Owens and Dieter “Du” Grams with a sneaker silhouette dubbed “Out of Office.”
The design stems from an exchange of ideas that took place between Abloh, Owens and Brick. In true Abloh fashion, the designer responded to a shared image by screenshotting it and sketching over it with his finger, drawing an arrow that pointed to Du’s Porsche 911. The hand-drawn arrow inspired the sneaker’s reimagined motif: a hand-drawn arrow that functions as the logo, along with hand-colored overlayss.
Off-White and Bstroy’s “Out of Office” sneakers are available in two standout colorways—silver-blue-green with black accents and a signature pink arrow, and sleek silver-black with the same bold arrow detail.
Off-White and Bstroy’s sneakers are now available at offwhite.com.
