Brooklyn rapper Joey Bada$$ has released the visual for the single “Teach Me,” featuring Canadian singer Kiesza. Part of his B4.Da.$$ album released earlier this year, the insanely-infectious single recalls New York’s old-school club scene when dancing, whether to house, hip-hop or old-school joints at the long-running Soul Kitchen party was the thing to be.
Not that dancing in New York City by any means is dead, a fact due in part to the City’s street dancers like the ones featured in the video, including Dejavu Ferguson, Destinee Gratereaux and the Waffle Dance Crew, all of whom have done their part to keep the culture live.
