We checked in with with Married to the Mob designer Leah McSweeney to get her take on the early days of streetwear, meeting the father of her daughter, Alife‘s Rob Cristofaro, and what drove her decision to launch Married to the Mob.
Of course we had to ask her about being sued by Supreme in 2014 for using the Supreme Bitch logo, which we discover was included in the first collection of four t-shirts that launched her label.
She also discussed how she felt about artist Barbara Kruger‘s reaction to Supreme suing her and in so doing, added a previously unrevealed encounter, which adds some nuance to how Kruger felt about the dispute.
