A member of Toronto’s all female rap group The Sorority, rapper Haviah Mighty’s has stepped out with the release of “Flower City,” a seven-song EP she describes as paying tribute to Brampton, the city of her upbringing, once referred to as The Flower Town of Canada, a name based on its large greenhouse industry.
Produced in collaboration with Young Dreadz, the multi-talented Mighty (who co-designed the album cover with Jawn Taboika), seamlessly alternates between strong bars and smooth vocal notes, showcasing versatility and brilliant lyrical skills.
