Fresh off of a relaxing holiday weekend spent with her beau, Alexander Rodriguez, the hard-working and talented Jennifer Lopez has been announced as the subject of Guess’ next Guess Girl campaign as selected by Guess co-founder and chief creative officer, Paul Marciano.
At 48, Lopez will be the brand’s oldest Guess Girl, followed by Claudia Schiffer, who was shot at the age of 41 for Guess’ 30th anniversary ad campaign in 2012. Other notable Guess Girls include Naomi Campbell, Anna Nicole Smith, Drew Barrymore, Laetitia Casta, Adriana Lima, Kate Upton and Gigi Hadid among others.
Lopez foreshadowed the big reveal when she wore a classic Guess logo t-shirt in her music video for “Amor Amor Amor.” Whatever her age might be, the sold-out status of the t-shirt indicates she can still move product.
Lopez was by shot by Tatiana Gerusova for the brand’s spring 2018 campaign. Guess co-founder Paul Marciano promised in an Instgram post to expect more images next week.
