After a lengthy hiatus, Nicki Minaj has let it be known she’s dropping two singles this week: “Chun Li” and “Barbie Tingz.”
Minaj made the announcement on social media, posting up single art for both songs. For “Chun Li,” she’s sporting a hoodtastic look highlighted by a mink Fendi jacket, thong and boots. Taking a polar opposite approach for “Barbie Tingz,” the Queens rapper wears a throwback ballroom gown and is surrounded by four masked individuals wearing the same look.
She hasn’t said a word about the songs other than the drop date, though it’s hard not to speculate about who’s behind the masks! Given the song is dropping on Thursday, perhaps it needed to drop before a certain someone performs at Coachella this weekend.
Both singles are set to drop on April 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST.
