Miami-based singer Amara La Negra has dropped a visual for “Insecure.” La Negra is well-known as a cast member of VH1’s “Love and Hip-Hop: Miami,” which made its debut in January 2018.
A torchbearer for Afro-Latina identity, La Negra mixes English and Spanish in an r&b single first released in March. With lyrics themed on a a relationship that feels like it’s falling apart, La Negra questions a lover, “Does that make me insecure, mi amor?”
Shot in a white mansion located in a tropical setting, La Negra wears two looks by Valentino Omar, a dramatic black ball gown and a velour, full length, strapless dress that reveals La Negra’s curvilicious bod.
