Cardi B announced on Instagram today she’s cancelling summer tour dates to take time out for her pregnancy. In the caption, the Bronx rapper wrote, “Hey guys after Broccoli fest I won’t be doing no more performances. Thank you for understanding,” adding in a video, “Shorting keep growing and it’s just like, I be looking like, I be looking like I be moving and everything, but in reality a bitch really can’t breath.”
Cardi has said the baby is due sometime in July 2018, which likely means she’s somewhere between seven and eight months pregnant.
During her Coachella appearance, Cardi mentioned having breathing issues when she introduced G-Eazy. Broccoli City Festival takes place in Washington D.C. on April 29th in RFK Memorial Stadium.
Cardi will resume touring in the fall as an opening act for the fall leg of Bruno Mars “24K Magic World Tour,” which kicks off on September 7th in Denver, Colorado.
