Acne Studios has tapped Canadian model Tasha Tilberg, her wife, Laura Wilson, and their adorable twins to front the campaign for the label’s Face Motif collection. Comprised of color-blocked long-sleeved sweatshirts and coordinated sweatpants and sneakers, the tops are emblazoned with simple family member descriptives: dad, mom, sister, brother and kid.
Known for its commitment to inclusive representation, the Swedish label previously featured fathers Kordale Lewis and Caleb Anthony.
In an interview with Vogue, Tilberg expressed her thoughts on the Craig McDean-photographed campaign. “I was honored they wanted to capture some moments with the family,” said McDean. “I think it’s a great time to show diversity of families. Every family is unique, but [a family] built on love is pretty universal.”
Established by Johnny Johansson and Mikael Schiller in 1997 as a denim brand, Acne Studios is currently up for sale according to a March 2018 report by Business of Fashion this past March. Acne Studios currently operates 53 stores in 13 countries.
Priced at $300 for tops and offered in unisex sizing, the Face Motif collection is now available at acnestudios.
