It looks like Adidas and Kanye West are in the process of delivering on a promise to make more Yeezy shoes available. Today (August 20, 2018) on Twitter, West promised the Yeezy 350 V2 in triple white would include the silhouette’s largest drop to date.
This colorway is a re-release of the shoe that first dropped in April 2017.
In the tweet, West wrote, “Since I’ve been making sneakers I’ve always wanted as many people as possible to have them. On September 21 we’re doing our largest drop ever of the 350 V2 Triple White. Go to http://YEEZYSUPPLY.com/triple-white and sign up to get them.”
West’s comment that of Adidas CEO Kasper Rørsted, who said during the company’s second-quarter earnings call that there were plans to “democratize” Yeezy.
While there will be more pairs in the marketplace, it’s not clear if Adidas will also distribute the shoe to the same retailers or if there are plans to bring more accounts under the Yeezy distribution umbrella.
The shoe is priced at $220. In addition to yeezysupply.com, you can also sign up at adidas.com/yeezy.
