Bronx native and rapper Ice Spice is celebrating the release of her upcoming Y2K album with a custom Metrocard. The card will be available at vending machines at Fordham Road (4 and B/D), Penn Station (A/C/E) and Times Square starting at midnight tonight.

Ice Spice has released the debut single for the album, “Gimmie A Light," but hasn't provided a launch date for the project yet.

Bronx-born, Mary J. Blige aka the Queen of hip hop soul reveals her collaboration Italian footwear designer Giuseppe Zanotti.The limited-edition “Giuseppe for Mary J. Blige” boot is a block heel, over-the-knee style in rose gold.

Blige unveiled the collab last night during her performance at the "Strength of a Woman" festival, held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

In press about the collaboration the multi-Grammy-Award winner know for her boots, said, " My fans and my community know that part of my style is these statement boots — I’ve worn them during so many big moments of my career, it just made sense. It could never be anything else.

She added, “My fans have been waiting for a boot from me for a long time, so I knew when I did it, it had to be right. From start to finish, Giuseppe just understood what I wanted and helped make this idea a reality.Boots have always made me feel strong. They have helped me feel confident in moments when I have been anything but. There is something about putting on a statement boot that makes you feel strong and ready to take on your day.”
