In a world that’s been taken over by fast fashion sometimes we lose sight of the importance of careful craftsmanship and a deep connection to the past. Thankfully there are companies like U.K. based Grenson, founded in 1866, who have not forgotten.
Grenson was in New York City on a visit last week and we had a chance to see (and covet) its women’s offering for Spring 2014. Up close the quality of the shoes is a little awe inspiring, and while Grenson is rooted in heritage, its designs are current and right in step with current London-inspired streetwear trends.
