With the video “Thim Slick,” singer Fabolous pays tribute to “Thim Slick” women–those who are slim-waisted and tiny though still possess noteworthy boobs and butt, a look epitomized by singer/rap artist Teyana Taylor. She is featured in the first third of the video, playing Fab’s love interest, fluidly switching from a sport-themed Tomboy look to a high-heel-wearing, curvy seductress. “A lot of thick girls get a lot of love and models get a lot of love, but there’s something right in between there that works, too,” explained Fabolous on the meaning of “Thim Slick.”
We of course wish Teyana got a chance to showcase her own musical talents, but we’re also interested in this video because the fashion speaks to the very hot trend of street sport style not to mention a gym life centered around glute building.
