Married to the Mob has launched a “Seduce & Abandon” capsule collection at Scion AV space on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles from October 11th through November 8th. The collection features items emblazoned with some new Leah McSweeney “Bitchism” like “Seduce & Abandon” (a personal fave) and “Falling In Love Kills Creativity,” as well as some tried and true ones like “Men Are The New Women.” According to press, these items will only be available at the pop up.
It’s great to see a collection that rides solely on the strength of the Bitchism. While they may often seem like off hand fun comments, they actually pack a lot of truth (which is gonna hurt you) and seeing the trademark Mob font in black against a stark white background gives them an artful quality as well. McSweeney, if you ever tire of the fashion grind, you could have a future in the art world.
