The first reveal of Adidas’s shoe with Kanye West has been revealed on Instagram by friend to the singer, Ibn Jasper (@ibnjasper). In the caption he describes the shoe as #YeezyBoost and #YeezyOriginal. Similar to the shoe image that was leaked in 2014, this shoe is a hybrid, featuring a sneaker bottom and a suede boot upper that laces up and includes a wide toe strap which has become a design signature for West. No matter what, with all the hype and anticipation, these were never not going to be controversial but we like that West took a chance and from a design perspective and created a show that was a major departure from his Nike Yeezy design.
