Kendrick Lamar recently released a single, “The Blacker the Berry,” a strong lyrical statement on blackness and the reality of the anger, fear, injustices and contradictions he faces as a black man in America. The opening verse “I’m the biggest hypocrite of 2015” barely scratches the surface of the depth Lamar expresses. Definitely an important moment for hip hop and race consciousness. Kudos!

The North Face and Cecilie Bahnsen return for their second collaboration, unveiled at the designer’s fall'25 show in Paris.

In a press release Bahnsen shared, "With this second collaboration, we’re expanding on the foundation we built with The North Face, continuing to evolve rather than starting over. It’s about contrast, adaptability, and creating a wardrobe that moves effortlessly between worlds.”

This drop introduces the first down-filled piece in the collab, a reworked Himalayan Parka, alongside a quilted down skirt, an oversized down jacket, a sleek Denali Fleece, a Wool Dotknit baselayer, and reimagined Verto Boots and Traction Mules.

The North Face x Celcilie Bahnsen will launch for fall 2025 at ceciliebahnsen.com, select The North Face locations, and limited retail partners.

Singer, actress Cynthia Erivo wore a stunning nail design by Los Angeles-based artist Micah Dior to the Oscars. On Instagram, Dior shared her inspiration for the look, saying, "I wanted it to look like she dipped her hands in a treasure box, I delivered! Everything fully hand-drawn/sculpted."
