As part of the lead up to the launch, Puma and Vashtie showed the collection at a fashion show held at Webster Hall a couple of nights ago. Using the same theme visited in the lookbook and video we posted yesterday, the show was an ode to New York’s golden era of hip hop and included graffiti backdrops and break dancing by the legendary Crazy Legs and Jiggz of the Rock Steady Crew. The images below will give you a more in depth look at the items in the collection, which include all the b-boy greats like mesh tops, plus track jackets and nylon track pants.
The collection launches February 28th [UPDATE: Due to West Coast port-related delays this launch has been moved out until mid-March; as of 03/02, there are a handful of items now on Puma’s site.] at retailers including Rime, Epitome, Bait, Revolveclothing.com and select Puma Lab powered by Foot Locker locations.
