HerAgenda has posted a recap of its sold-out panel event, featuring founder of Married to the Mob, Leah McSweeney, illustrator Sophia Change and interior designer Danielle Arps. Held in Manhattan in mid-April, the theme of the panel was discussions around how to make it as an independent creative. Read more details on each of the participants and the event itself here.
HerAgenda was founded by Rhonesha Byng, a journalist who founded the organization to help women advance their careers and entrepreneurial endeavors. We attended the event and were just as impressed by the turn out and the crowd as we were by Rhonesha, her staff and the panel members. All told, a really excellent event. Kudos to Rhonesha & co.
