Hyein Seo a couple weeks back posted a lookbook of her collection for Autumn 2015 on Instagram, and she has since updated her feed with a closer look at the garments, revealing a continued exploration of placing taglines on woven fabrics, this time updated with Korean phrasing. In this set of photos, the focus is on outerwear but in the lookbook, Seo revealed velour separates that may be viewed here.
Seo showed her Autumn 2014 collection with Vfiles during New York Fashion Week (see video below), a route she chose to forego altogether for this collection. While the issue could be financial (fashion shows are expensive, yo!), it might also just be that Seo has concluded that pushing her collection via her social media following is as effective as a runway show, especially if for the immediate future she wants to maintain her ultra-culty, boutique status. Runway show or not, we expect high fashion to continue shamelessly knocking her off left, right and center.
