While staying laser focused as always on a lean silhouette rooted in fabrics made for movement, Norma Kamali adds some feminine flounce to pre-autumn 2016 offerings of dresses, tops and skirts, imbuing the garments the fun and flair of a Flamenco dress, a vibe that really pops out with the red pieces.
