A self-professed lover of astrology, Capricorn and French designer Christian Louboutin has linked with luxury retailer Moda Operandi on a capsule of astrology-themed shoes. Available in two silhouettes, the Akena mule and Rocket ballerina, and three colors (black, midnight blue and wine), each shoe is detailed with the symbol for all 12 astrology signs and may be further personalized with a monogram and birth date.
The capsule is very limited with only 25 pairs of each style, color and zodiac sign made, all of which will be hand constructed in the label’s Paris atelier. Priced at $2,200 for the mule and $2,000 for the flat, all orders require a 50 percent upfront deposit and will ship between early June and mid-August. More details here.
