Beyoncé’s “The Formation World Tour” officially kicked off in Miami this evening and images of the tour merch have begun to appear online. Playing off of the controversy created by her single “Formation,” one of the tees in big block letters reads “Boycott Beyoncé” and the other “Beyhive Boys.” (Not sure what that’s about, perhaps a shout to her very dedicated male/gay followers?) There is also a silk jackets, plus we spy some tees for DJ Khaled, who is an opening act for the tour.
And for all of those who’ve been sipping the tea generated by the “Becky with the good hair,” lyrics, yes, her still husband, Shawn Carter, is at the concert, present, accounted for and looking as unbothered as can be.
