Milan-based streetwear label GCDS aka In Goal We Trust has been building buzz since it first splashed on the scene two years, though it’s reached an entirely new level with the patch-themed jackets and bodysuit featured in its spring 2016 collection.
Besides the punchy graphic, it helps that the brand fits nicely into the newly-favored hybrid streetwear/luxury niche, plus it smartly upped its U.S. profile with an edgy spring campaign, filmed in Los Angeles and featured emerging rapper J. $tash, who just released his debut mixtape, “Hood Rich.” Clearly, GCDA also has the stylist connects with its products (including coordinated custom pants and skirts) showing up on the Instagram feeds of Rihanna pal, model and DJ Sita Abellan, the seriously multi-talented Keke Palmer, as well as piping hot model of the moment Sarah Snyder.
Currently, GCDS is available for purchase on its online stores, as well as a handful of boutiques globally.
