California-based artist Tahiti Pehrson has made the creation of hand-cut layered geometric paper cutouts his primary art practice for the past fifteen years. Pehrson’s art has been featured solo, as well of group exhibitions globally and in 2015 was also included in a Facebook permanent collection.
This Summer Pehrson partners with RVCA on a capsule collection of women’s apparel inspired by his wonderfully intricate art. Comprised of five tops, a dress and a beach towel the collection was beautifully photographed by Olivia Malone who was able to capture the delicate nature of the designs.
