Drake has released the video for “Child’s Play” the 14th track on his mega successful Views album. Directed by Drake and Carlos Suarez, it opens with an irritated Tyra Banks (cue the big forehead/Rih comparisons) going off on him in a restaurant with a piece of cheesecake topped with a glass of wine. Later in the video, Drake goes on to console himself in a club full of strippers.
Filmed in Dallas earlier this summer, the video is over 12 minutes long and includes a humorous interlude featuring OVO crew member OB O’Brien lecturing a crew of strippers. It’s a simple song, but if nothing else, does a good job illustrating the challenges of balancing an intimate relationship while living a rock star life.
Drake is on his “Summer Sixteen” tour through the first week of October.
