Nike has revealed a new hybrid Flyknit Roshe sneaker boot, officially called Roshe 2 Hi Fly. The shoe not unlike a centaur is literally half boot and half sneaker with the front part of the shoe resembling a Roshe featuring a Flyknit material story and the back half of the shoe a slouchy boot that includes a sock liner. The two are joined by a lacing system that starts on the sneaker and extends up onto the boot.
While not a sexy boot, it’s definitely a head-turning day-to-day shoe, and any time a major athletic shoe company takes a chance designing a new concept–especially when directed at women–is worthy of applause.
Available in three colors, burgundy, black and black, white and gold, Roshe 2 Hi Fly sneakers will hit retail on Novemer 3rd at Titolo.
