March 1, 2017 update: Cardi B visited “The Angie Martinez Show” today (March 1, 2017) and confirmed (08:08) her signing with Atlantic Records. She also discussed the Remy Ma versus Nicki Minaj beef and chose to take a diplomatic stance. “That has nothing to do with me,” said Cardi. When asked if Minaj should reply to Remy, Cardi said, “If she feels like it, it’s up to her.
Martinez also asked her about her rumored relationship with Migos member Offset, and while she wouldn’t claim him by name, Cardi said they’re was a connection between the two of them because they’re both gangsters. She added that he’s very supportive of her work.

Happy news for everyone’s fave, Cardi B aka Belcalis Almanzar has reportedly signed a multi-million dollar contract with Atlantic Records, as reported by The Jasmine Brand.
Cardi B has previously stated her days appearing on “Love & Hip Hop New York” were behind her, but the signing with Atlantic slams the door on her ever returning. “She wants to focus on music and be taken serious. It’s hard for her to do that with all the drama she’s involved in on the show,” said a source.
In a visit to “The Breakfast Club” radio show on January 20th, Cardi said she was considering record label offers, but hadn’t yet signed a contract. “We’re getting there,” stated Cardi on negotiations over the amount of her deal.
No official announcement has been made by Atlantic, though Cardi was looking very happy (and rich) on Instagram yesterday, dancing around to her her single “Lick” with a peach Chanel bag coordinated with a Jennifer Le fur coat and shoes.
