Guess has dipped into its vibes vault for its latest swimwear campaign that features the black and white, super sexy ad images the brand became known for in the ’80s and ’90s.
As directed by Guess’s chief creative officer, Paul Marciano, images were photographed by Los Angeles photographer Tatiana Gerusova, and include A Bikini A Day bloggers Natasha Oakley and Devin Brugman modeling the collection they designed in collaboration with Guess.
In a press statement on the effort, the two women stated, “This is the most exciting campaign we have ever shot and we are so honored to have been invited by Guess to be part of such an iconic brand.”
The collection is made up of maillots and bikinis offered in solid colors as wells as gingham prints splashed with pink florals. Informed by the Baywatch ’90s, the one-piece silhouettes are cut high on the leg and feature a plunging back, while the retro-looking gingham front-tie bikini top is paired with high-waisted bikini bottoms.
The 13-piece capsule collection will hit Guess stores and shop.guess.com on May 16, 2017.
