Fans of Nike‘s Jewel swoosh will be happy to hear Nike is queuing up another silhouette featuring a jelly version of the logo. This time it the Air Max 1 with the first colorway a classic white paired with a University Red check. There is also red touches on the tongue, heel tab and air unit. For a unique touch, the translucent sole of the shoe is emblazoned with a black swoosh.
While the Tinker Hatfield designed Air Max 1 was first released in 1987, it wasn’t until 1996 that the shoe was offered with a Jewel logo.
London’s Foot Patrol provided the news of this release, but there isn’t any news yet on pricing or when it will hit retail.
