June 12, 2017 update: Nicki Minaj fans are in their feelings about Cardi B performing with Remy Ma at Hot 97’s Summer Jam concert yesterday. On Twitter, Cardi has argued that she isn’t “picking a side” as charged by the Barbz, rather she’s working with those who show her love and support. The Barbz aren’t having it and have declared her dust.
Loudly cheered when she appeared on stage, Cardi as of yet hasn’t posted any images on Instagram from her Summer Jam experience, though perhaps is referencing the Barbz in the caption of her latest post, which reads, “Why they hating on me?”

Despite claims to the contrary by Remy Ma, the beef between the Bronx rapper and Nicki Minaj clearly is not settled. Tonight (June 11, 2017) at Hot 97’s Summer Jam concert in New York, Remy not only closed with Minaj diss song “shETHER,” she also brought out some of the biggest female rap legends in the game along with two of the genre’s hottest up and comers.
Remy was joined at points by Queen Latifah, Lil Kim, MC Lyte, Rah Digga, Lady of Rage, plus Cardi B and Young M.A. Together they rapped Latifah’s “Unity,” and individually performed their biggest hits.
Against a backdrop of projector slides showing Minaj as deceased, Ma finished up the performance with a solo performance of “shETHER,” after which she dropped her mic and walked off the stage.
