Los Angeles-born comic Tiffany Haddish continues to flex her gift for telling hilarious stories, yesterday (July 20, 2017) visiting Jimmy Kimmel Live! where she told the extremely funny tale of taking a swamp tour with Jada Pinkett and Will Smith. Highlights included Haddish driving the Smiths in her “$20/day rental car” and explaining to Pinkett what Groupon is.
As part of her efforts to promote the movie Girls Trip (which stars Haddish, Pinkett Smith, Regina Hall, and Queen Latifah), Haddish’s profile has been on a fast rise with one more memorable interview after the next.
The 37-year-old Haddish is not only funny, but very open and has a gift for managing to bring smiles even when telling the story of an at times heartbreaking upbringing.
After Haddish’s visit to the Breakfast Club, host Charlamagne described the interview as the show’s best far this year.
