Cool streetwear labels Anti Social Social Club and Richardson are collaborating on a small capsule of goods to be sold this weekend at Richardson’s Los Angeles store.
Based on images teased on Instagram, the capsule includes a t-shirt and hoodie featuring both brands’ logos along with a photo screen shot presumably shot by Richardson founder, Andrew Richardson.
While Anti Social Social Club and its founder Neek Lurk are widely known within streetwear, the Richardson empire is less in your face.
The concept was kicked off by then stylist and photographer Richardson in 1998 with an eponymous alt-porn magazine, which was followed by the start up of an on-again-off-again clothing label in 2003 and a New York store (325 Broome Street) in 2013. He opened his Los Angeles store in October 2016.
The collaborative capsule will be available from 12:00-5:00 PST on August 19, 2017 at Richardson Shop, located at 8044 1/2 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles.
Check out the featured items as well as a recent Vice interview with Richardson below. In the interview, Richardson discusses shooting calendar images for Supreme, whose owner, James Jebbia, he’s had a long friendship with.
