Katy Perry Releases “Swish Swish’ Visual Featuring Nicki Mianj

August 25, 2017. Leave a Comment

Katy Perry takes literal meaning from her single “Swish Swish,” creating a basketball-themed video in which she plays the role of NBA player Kobe Perry. Perry and her team, the Tigers, are a discombobulate mess until Nicki Minaj enters the scene and whips everyone into shape.

The video includes a ton of cameos, including Molly Shannon, Terry Crews, Gaten Matarazzo and Bill Walton to name a few.

Released in May 2017, “Swish Swish” is the third single from Perry’s fifth studio album Witness, which dropped on June 9th. The single was produced by U.K. house specialist Duke Dumont, and hit No. 1 on Billboard’s dance cub songs chart

As styled by Maher Jridi, Minaj wore two looks, starting with a custom Bjorn van den Berg corset paired with LA Roxx shorts and Black Majesty nail gloves. For look No. 2, she wore a black latex short and tube top with a Mykita visor and Pleaser boots.

Check out the video along with a cute poster to go along with it below.
