Today, September 4th, is Beyoncé‘s 36th birthday and family and friends celebrated the event with a coordinated photo shoot to wish her a happy born day.
Eighteen women were featured on beyonce.com with all of them taking turns wearing the famed wide-brimmed black hat, off-the-shoulder black dress and Dylan Lex and Fallon jewelry she wore in her “Formation” video.
Participants included First Lady Michelle Obama, tennis superstar and new mother Serena Williams, plus friends and family members Tina Lawson, Jay-Z’s grandmother and mother Hattie White and Gloria Carter, Blue Ivy Carter, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Angie Beyince and Lawson daughter-in-law Bianca Lawson and good friend Vernell Jackson Keys.
The group also includes music and industry-related friends including Chloe and Hallie Bailey, Ingrid Burley, Kawana Brown (wife of Jay-Z associate Jay Brown), Mai Lassiter and Drea Jones (wife of Jay-Z associate Vernell Jones) and her son, Justice Jones.
