Rihanna Lands Three Elle Magazine Covers Highlighting Newly Launched Fenty Beauty

September 9, 2017. 3 Comments

Rihanna for October has landed the cover for Elle magazine‘s October issue, her sixth time appearing on a cover the magazine. The covers play up her makeup, which came courtesy of Fenty Beauty, her new effort sold exclusively through Sephora.

In the cover showing Rihanna with a lavendar heart (Fenty Beauty Match Stix “Unicorn”) on her face, she wears Jennifer Fisher earrings and Eva Fehren ear cuffs. In the second cover, the black sequin dress and bra is by Nina Ricci, and in the final cover she wears a yellow coat by Calvin Klein.

To add a twist to the interview, Elle tapped some of her famous friends to her to pose questions. The line up of interviewers include Tyra Banks, Eminem, April Bloomfield, Zac Posen and Pharrell Williams, among others.

In her exchange with magician David Copperfield, Rihanna came back with the witty crack.

David Copperfield: I’m not kidding, this is a real offer: I can make you disappear and reappear anywhere in the world. Where do you want to go, and why?
Rihanna: Ten minutes before I lost my virginity, and I’m holding you to that offer LOL.

More of Rihanna’s answers to questions will be published in the October issue, which hits newsstands on September 19, 2017.
