Models Halima Aden and Winnie Harlow are turning heads in a Bazaar magazine November 2017 editorial showing them as the subjects of two masterpiece paintings.
Titled “Art of Beauty,” Harlow’s image recreates her as the mysterious woman featured in Italian painter Leonardo da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa, while Aden’s shot takes inspiration from “Girl with a Pearl Earring” by 17th-century Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer.
As painterly as the images may appear, they were shot by Pari Dukovic.
