October 6, 2017. Leave a Comment

U.S. based lingerie label Victoria’s Secret announced on Wednesday (October 4, 2017) plans to collaborate with Balmain to create custom looks for its annual runway show, which will take place this year in Shanghai.

The partnership with Balmain is significant because it marks the first time the lingerie label has ever collaborated with an outside brand on a retail line. Items shown on the runway will also be sold at Victoria’s Secret stores and on its website, starting November 29, 2017, the day after the fashion show airs on CBS.

Victoria’s Secret no doubt looking to inject some new energy into the show, which has seen ratings declines in recent years.

Models include Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Megan Williams, Sanne Vloet, Bruna Lírio, Dilone, Frida Aasen, Leila Nda, Devon Windsor, Victoria Lee, Vanessa Moody, Grace Elizabeth, Maggie Laine, Nadine Leopold, Leomie Anderson, Maria Borges, Daniela Braga, Bruna Lirio, Gizele Oliveira, Aiden Curtis, Alexina Graham, Zuri Tibby, Julia Belyakova, Estelle Chen, Grace Bol, Kate Grigorieva, Mayowa Nicholas, Amilna Estevao, Alanna Arrington, Barbara Fialho, Megan Williams, Daria Khlystun, Alecia Morais, Georgia Fowler, Blanca Padilla, Hereith Paul, Roosmarijn De Kok, Frida Aasen, Sui He, Lui Wen, Lameka Fox, Xiao Wen Ju, Cindy Bruna, Irina Sharipova, Jourdana Phillips, Shu Pei, Samile Bermannelli, Xin Xie and Ming Xi.
