Nike Vapormax 97 Metallic Cashmere Sneakers Are Causing A Ruckus!

April 4, 2018. 1 Comment

After launching the VaporMax platform last year, Nike has extended the bubbly outsole to additional silhouettes, starting with the much-loved Air Max 97.

The VaporMax 97 offered in a “metallic cashmere” colorway in particular is causing a commotion on social media, racking up thousands of likes and reposts wherever it’s published.

The good news is the shoe is sized for women, the bad news is thus far it’s only available in Europe. Nike will often drop a style in Europe first and then release it in the United States so there’s a good chance it will eventually hit U.S. shores, but as of now there is no launch date.

If you’re in the United Kingdom, you can purchase it here for £184.95. In France, it’s available here for 225 euros.

One interesting point to note, while the shoes is garnering lots of likes, at the moment it’s still available in a full range of sizes, proving once again that social media isn’t necessarily real life.

While playful in its themes, this collection isn't reminiscent of fruity or sweet scents; instead, its floral-themed packaging exudes sophistication and cosmopolitan vibes. Our top picks are 'She Said That', 'Whispers' and Love&War.

Announcing the news on X, Sasso wrote, "It is done. What happened to MeccaUSA? What happened to AlphaNumeric? What happened to PNB? What happened to 10.Deep? The particulars of the stories are different, but all had 'partnerships' with the same company, and the results ended up being the same.

"Today my ties to 10.Deep were severed once and for all. Big bank, takes little bank. But with what goal? I'm not sure of the answer to that question is. I think of what I've seen with the other brands that share the a similar history."
