Brooklyn rapper Young M.A. has released a visual for “Who Run It,” a freestyle over Three 6 Mafia’s 200 single. The video was shot in the studio with M.A. sporting a cozy black t-shirt, sweatpants and Balenciaga sock sneakers.
M.A. spits about making dollars and also reiterates that all her rhymes are hers, no ghost writer anywhere near her.
“Who Run It” is in the midst of having a freestyle moment. The trend was kicked off by Chicago rapper G Herbo, who dropped a live freestyle in an appearance on K104 FM in March 2018.
The freestyle caught Drake’s attention and on Instagram he told Herbo to drop the full version. Since then multiple artists have contributed their own versions, including Lil Uzi Vert, Dave East, 21 Savage, A$AP Rocky and Cupcakke.
