Cardi B drops a visual for “I Like It,” an upbeat Afro-Caribbean-flavored single underpinned by a sample via Pete Rodriguez’s 1967 Classic “I Like It Like That.” The single and video included appearances by Columbian reggaeton star J Balvin and Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny.
Directed by Eif Rivera, the sunny visual is a celebration of all things colorful and tropical.
Fashion-wise, the Bronx rapper was styled by Kollin Carter and opens the video wearing a high-cut canary yellow Alejandro skirt topped by a Marc Jacobs’ beaded top and turquoise turban paired with Christian Louboutin platform sandals. Her flowing red dress was designed by Michael Costello and in her scenes with Balvin and Bunny, she’s wearing a Versace print pantset. (Style details via @cardibcloset.)
