Rihanna has revealed a sketch of the shoe she’s wearing to the met Gala, a high-heel sandal featuring drop pendant fringe. There are two different sketches, showing two different colors stories: gold satin and glitter and bronze glitter.
The Bajan boss is a co-host of the gala, which is titled “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination,” a theme that speaks to the influence of the Catholic church on fashion designs.
The images come via ET, which didn’t reveal the source of the pictures or even guarantee she would wear them, but said the silhouette was inspired by a shoe René Caovilla had designed for John Galliano in the ’90s that was recreated for her Met Gala red carpet look.
