Versace shoe designer Salehe Bembury has teased a new version of the Italian label Chain Reaction shoe, a silhouette made in collaboration with 2 Chainz aka Tauheed Epps.
Revealed on the same night as the very extra Met Gala, the shoe makes its own dramatic statement as a boot/high top sneaker interpretation of the original Chain Reaction sneaker. Shown in black the upper is highlighted by an extra wide, puffy Velcro ankle strap. The shoe features the original platform midsole and molded chain link sole.
According to Bembury’s post, these shoes will be part of Versace’s fall 2018 colleciton.
