Jordan created quite the buzz when it launched a Retro 1 Shattered Backboard silhouette back in early May 2018. The shoe was sized for women, but the shoe’s unisex appeal drew in resellers and a lot of women who hoped to buy the shoe for themselves shut out. On resell sites, the shoe continues to command a high premium.
Fast forward and a flyknit low version of the shoe has begun to pop up at retail in China. There isn’t any word on launch date, much less whether it’s sized for women.
Can these shoes fix the countless broken hearts of women who took L after L back in May? Probably not, but it could be a start.
