New parents Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott land a cover story for GQ magazine’s August issue, inspired in part by Scott’s upcoming album, titled Astroworld.

Pulling no punches, GQ asks Scott if he’s worried about the “Kardashian curse,” which Scott dismisses, stating, “I don’t even be looking at motherfuckers. I don’t be looking at shit. Kylie actually likes me for me.”

In an extra cute part of the interview, Jenner quizzes Scott to see how well he knows her. Scott does surprisingly well and nails the color of her toothbrush (pink), the biggest scar on her body (left leg), how many cavities she’s had (zero), what she ate the most of when she was pregnant (In-N-Out), her sun sign (Leo), her favorite ice brand/flabor (vanilla Häagen-Dazs), Scott’s favorite food cooked by her (peanut butter and jelly) and her favorite Scott song (“Hell of a Night”).

Scott clearly isn’t very invested in Jenner’s dogs because he was only able to come up with one of their four names. And while makeup may be responsible for making Jenner a billionaire, based on his answers Scott isn’t paying attention to her various product launches.

Interestingly neither could figure out when they first officially met. Scott admitted Jenner didn’t think he liked her when they first met. “Now I know it’s your stand-offish personality,” said Jenner.

As for their baby Stormi, Scott says he was entirely responsible for the name choice.

The GOAT Serena Williams says farewell to her care The GOAT Serena Williams says farewell to her career as a professional tennis player in the September issue of American Vogue.

In the cover story, which is a must read, Williams shares some thoughts on her evolution away from tennis and says,"Believe me, I never wanted to have to choose between tennis and a family. I don’t think it’s fair. If I were a guy, I wouldn’t be writing this because I’d be out there playing and winning while my wife was doing the physical labor of expanding our family. Maybe I’d be more of a Tom Brady if I had that opportunity. Don’t get me wrong: I love being a woman, and I loved every second of being pregnant with Olympia. I was one of those annoying women who adored being pregnant and was working until the day I had to report to the hospital—although things got super complicated on the other side. And I almost did do the impossible: A lot of people don’t realize that I was two months pregnant when I won the Australian Open in 2017."

The cover editorial was styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, who in 2020 became the first black woman to style a U.S. Vogue cover.

This cover was also one of the last projects hairstylist #LatishaChong worked on before she sadly passed away in July this year.
