Nike Sportswear aka NSW ups its design game with a capsule for fall 2018 that reveals an edgier aesthetic.
Offering include the debut of new block logo that swaps out a solid-colored box for the Nike Futura-font logo. “The block logo represents the disruptive nature of the Nike Sport pack collection, and for the first time distorts the NSW Futura logo, which offers a new direction for Nike Sportswear apparel,” says senior design director, Ricky Hendry.
For the campaign, Nike tapped NFL players Odell Beckham Jr. and Kylian Mbappe, as well as American tennis player Sloane Stephens.
Nike’s latest NSW collection launches in China and North American on August 1, 2018 and will go live globally on August 16th.
